Telemed Visit

Effective October 1, 2025, Medicare’s telemedicine coverage waiver that was originally set in place to due Covid-19 has expired, and many insurance carriers are expected to follow. In response, and to streamline our telemedicine process, Midtown Urology will now offer telemedicine visits as a self-pay option. These visits will be available only with designated providers, while all other appointments will require an in-office visit. Patients will always have the option to be seen in person if preferred. Patients who currently are scheduled as a telemedicine appointment have the option to self-pay for their visit or can convert their appointment to an in office appointment.
