Everything was good except for the blood draw. It felt like the tech was inexperienced and went too steep and deep with her poke as she wasn’t able to accomplish the blood draw (I suspect she went all the way through). I have really good and accessible veins and the 2nd tech had no issues on my other arm. I would recommend some additional training/supervision for the tech so other patients don’t have a similar negative experience.

Everything, including my interactions with the Dr, was Excellent ..... My only "suggestion" is that You clarify Your Parking instructions so that individuals, like myself, with a disability "KNOW" to park right next to the Outside Bridge; and, NOT by the Elevator !!! It doesn't matter to someone like YOU who has no difficulty walking; but, to me with a disability and using a walker .... That additional 200 ft of walking distance is an issue. My only "observation" ... Otherwise, Excellent all the way around. Have a Blest Day
