A previous nurse by the name of Erica displayed great care and thoughtfulness in her administration of the lidocaine. Since that time, only one nurse has been that careful.
Also, nitrous oxide is no longer delivered untill after the lidocaine has been administered. This is unfortunate since it is useful for enduring lidocaine administration.

Dr McClintock is a genuine person, with no pretense, a warm demeanor, and always asks about my weekend or what's going on with me. He's very knowledgeable and extremely thorough, yet never wordy or pedantic. Cool guy and a great doctor that I trust.

Very professional and accommodating.
Peter’s bedside manners and care was outstanding.
A little more educational preparation about the leakage padding before the procedure would be good. The nitrous oxide made it more difficult to fully understand how to properly deal with it.
Overall the process went very well I thought.
The office staff was pleasant and Dr McClintock was professional and reassuring. Thank you to everyone.
