Our experience with Dr. Trotter was nothing less than perfect. My son (16) was fortunate enough to get an appointment with Dr. Trotter. Unbeknownst to me Midtown Urology's only see’s adults. When I first attempted to schedule his appointment I left a message. Leaving messages that are not returned in a timely manner has left me somewhat apprehensive. True to their recording I did receive a call back the same afternoon and to my disappointment I learned they do not see minors. Hanging up the phone I then scheduled an appointment with another practice. Good luck was on our side, we received a call back from Dr. Trotters office asking us if we were able to come in and see Dr. Trotter because he had a last minute appointment cancel. From the time we checked in, to the time we checked out, everyone involved were nothing less than impeccable. Dr. Trotter and his entire staff represent nothing but professionalism at its finest. Thank you sir and your entire team for making my sons experience one that he will remember and carry with him moving forward in life.

I am shocked how quickly I was seen, I expect to have to wait -- I didn't!
Dr. Trotter is worth the wait, but it was nice to be in and out in less than an hour.
The doctor is very sensitive to patient concerns about the positive and potentially negative issues that can come up with a treatment plan.
