Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Mclintock is a great doctor, listens!!! and wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend. I wish all practices were run this way, makes it a pleasure to go to a Dr appt.

The original procedure was great, Dr. Trotter is fantastic.
However, I've been trying to re-schedule my follow-up appointment for months. There's no email available on their site or form to fill out. I also can't send a text to any numbers. The scheduler doesn't support scheduling my procedure follow-up visit (i.e. it's not in the list). I've called at least 5-7 times over the last month trying the scheduling option, to voicemail, and the, "talk to an associate" to voicemail.
I'm sure I'm part of the problem, I'm very busy like we all are but this is a plea to have you guys reach out and help me wrap this up. I'm unable to consider the procedure done and affective until I have the follow-up appointment.

Dr. Trotter, the PA's and all the staff go out of their way to be accommodating and make you feel comfortable. Visiting the Urologist will likely never become a pleasant event, but because it's important to my overall health, I'm glad there's an office like Dr. Trotter's to make it a friendly experience.
