This is an office full of competent professionals who are also very personable and friendly. To me, the human and relational element is as important as the health care element, and the folks at this office have both in spades. Also, their workflow in very smooth and they do a good job with scheduling and reminders.

It was fine with me but I was surprised that no one was wearing a mask. Their patient portal is fairly easy to use and allows posting of test reports to help the doctors understand a new patient's medical history. The office operation is clean and efficient. I am confident that Dr. McClintock is doing the right things to diagnose and treat my problems.

Friendly, courteous staff. Helped me through the document process patiently and courteously.
The doctor and staff were patient, answered my questions. Dr. Trotter is very patient and kind and outlined the process I will be going through. I never felt rushed and felt reassured that I had selected the right urologist. He came highly recommended by another physician, and I am glad I followed through.

Dr Trotter fit me in after it looked like my appointment would need to be cancelled because test results hadn't arrived yet. The results came in the day before the potentially cancelled appointment and I was able to see him. He also went through the results thoroughly.
