Completely satisfied with the medical care I receive from midtown. However I'm less satisfied with the response times of staff.
Being told that my 9 AM call is in the que and will be answered by the next available staff person... and not receiving that call until around 3:30... seems excessive! !
Also when missing my phone appointment (which was totally my fault) and being told I would have to wait over a month to have the next opportunity... also seems excessive !
